Privacy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
The short version: this site sets no cookies, has no accounts and doesn't sell your data. Purchases happen on Patreon and itch.io, not here.
Who runs this site
Fine Print Comics is run by Fine Print Comics (@fineprintcomics). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
Adults only
This site and the comics it links to are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
Cookies and analytics
- This site sets no cookies and has no accounts or logins.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or build profiles of visitors; we only see totals, such as how many people viewed a page and which site referred them.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Email updates (when signups open)
Email signups aren't open yet, and the form on this site doesn't collect anything today. When signups open:
- What we collect: your email address, plus a record that you confirmed you're 18 or older and agreed to receive our emails.
- Who handles it: EmailOctopus stores the list and sends the emails. See EmailOctopus's privacy policy.
- Double opt-in: you'll get a confirmation email first, and nothing else until you confirm.
- What we send: release alerts and occasional SFW previews only, up to 3 release emails a month. No explicit images.
- Leaving: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time.
Purchases
Comics are sold on Patreon and itch.io. When you buy or subscribe there, that store handles your payment and account under its own privacy policy: Patreon and itch.io. Fine Print Comics never receives your card details. The store may share basic order details with us, such as your username or email address, as its policy describes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 give you the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to how it's used.
To make a request, email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the email address concerned. We'll reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines or the authority in your EU country.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Once email signups are open, we'll also tell subscribers about significant changes by email before they take effect.
